Until the release of the new Star Wars Battlefront game left less than two months. However, to chance for earlier try out of the game we have even less time. Beta testing will start 4 October for those who have preordered the game, and 6 October for all other interested players on PC and consoles.

As far as PC audiences are concerned, they will be interested in that Electronic Arts has outlined the minimum and recommended configuration requirements for running the game. Requirements refer to beta testing and may still change until the final release, but do not expect to bounce above this.

Let the Force be with you:

CPU: AMD FX-6350 or Intel Core i5 6600K
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7850 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 660
RAM: 8 GB
HDD: 15 GB of free space
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10

Power of the Dark Side:

CPU: AMD FX 8350 or Intel Core i7 6700
GPU: AMD RAdeon RX 480 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060
RAM: 16 GB
HDD: 15 GB of free space
OS: 64-bit Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10

In addition to the list of requirements, a new trailer was released in which actor John Boyega tells how much content will have that Battlefront 2.

Those are actually reasonable requirements, the CPU ones seem higher than I expected though.
