Divinity: Original Sin 2 brings split-screen multiplayer to PC

Rare are games which today come with split-screen support, or a form of a local multiplayer game with a split screen. Such games are rarer on PC platform, but it's interesting that one PC exclusive next month will have a very interesting split-screen multiplayer option. It's about Divinity: Original Sin 2 that on PC comes with support for the controller, which is a clear indication that one day we should see the version for the console.

In addition to the split-screen announcement with which two players can play on one computer, and up to four on two computers; development team Larian demonstrated how the crafting system will work, to what is used the source energy in the game then what kind of are the new animations of dying.

Thank you for sharing this. :)

I really like playing on split-screen with friends. :D

Any game that has local "couch" co-op is a plus to me.

I thought this was already added to the original (not Divine Divinity, which was awesome, but the Original Sin) in the Enhanced Edition, though I haven't tried it yet. It is kinda hard to imagine playing a 100+ game with somebody else, but I am really glad there is that option — perhaps I'll try it out some day :)

Nice idea. I really like this kind of playing. It is a pity that so few games offer this mode
