Hello people, I won a game in a community giveaway; however, when I tried to use the redeemed key, the Steam notification said it was a duplicate key and had already been used. I contacted the Alienware Arena team through the platform and by email, but so far I haven't received any response. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Did you receive any feedback or support from the Alienware Arena team? Did you receive a new, valid key?

Is there anywhere I can see the winning bid in the Blind Auction for community giveaways?
