My steam quests completed automatically after I started them without me even playing the games for 1 second and as such, I didn't have the steam quests artifact equipped yet, making me lose 30 ARP. Great! How is this even possible?

You actually need to have Ba'li Arches equipped when time on site is being registered in the ARP log to get the bonus. I thought you only need to have it on until you reach 8 ARP per day then the ARP will be granted when time on site registers, this is so bad. I bought it to swap between Scion of Light 2nd level and this, but it doesnt work, if I equip scion of light I lose the bonus from this, what a waste of 1000 ARP, I can't belive this.

Where is the compensation for the twitch ARP issues?
So, I was just wondering where is the compensation for the 78 ARP we lost during the 13 days of twitch issues (max artifact users).
I watched twitch for the amount of time needed to get 32 ARP and got only 26.
To my mind, some compensation seems in order.

When will twitch ARP be fixed? It's been 12 days already, just wondering what's so hard to fix this? 72 ARP missing already
