No new updates on Alienware Area-51 Brick Kit? It's less than a day before it becomes available.

Problem with last minigame. I get until the "beat the first boss" screen but after I get an error. I've tried twice, but both times I got the error.

Got Tomb Raider, but I can't activate it because "Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country", but the game is available in my region. Is it just about the specific key? Is there any way to get a valid key? Can support help with that?

I always get errors at first in the GameVault. At first it happened with No rest, which showed "out of stock(ous)" after I refreshed. But the errors are not only because a game is "ous" since I kept getting the same errors after I tried to claim Die by the Blade, which I
was able to successfully claim after trying 3-4 times. And it's not the first time this happened, it happens every time. Sometimes getting a game after several tries and others getting the "ous" on all the games I was interested in.
