EverQuest Legends launches on July 28, and I’m curious to see whether a reimagined version of a 1999 MMORPG can still attract new players in 2026.
It keeps the original art style, zones and music, but adds modern quality-of-life features, solo progression, groups of up to four, raids of up to eight and the ability to combine up to three active classes.
The game costs $19.99 with the first month included, followed by a $9.99 monthly subscription.
Would you give it a chance despite the classic graphics?
ArcheAge Chronicles is one of the upcoming online RPGs I’m keeping an eye on.
It will feature an open world, action combat, housing, farming, crafting, player trading, trade routes, online co-op and PvP.
There is still no confirmed release date, but I’m curious to see if it can modernize ArcheAge without losing the freedom that made the original game special.
Did you play the original ArcheAge? Which feature would the new game absolutely need to keep?
