Why did alienware shadow drop the fanatical mystery bundle keys? Why is there no on-site bell notification? Why is there no prior notice before the drop? Why do 5 mystery keys cost 100 arp and the vault is one game for 2k+?

Happy to see public giveaways, first in a long time, but why no communication of the drop? Middle of work, now everything is gone, had no idea to check it sooner.
Is it intended that the daily artifact (eye of the night?) doesn't earn the remaining arp on a day it's equipped later? Noticing this every time that if it hits 5 arp for that day, then equip a +daily, it never earns the remaining arp. Is this a bug?
