Please increase the ARP amount. Tier 5 games need to be at least 10k-15k, otherwise, our chances of getting big games are dwindling day by day. Forget the old users, there are tons of new users waiting behind, and they keep coming. Or offer another solution. How can we get big games?
The cash register system is dysfunctional. Raise the tier levels and double or triple the ARP spent on games. At the very least, people can buy 2 or 3 games a year. You're pushing the vast majority out of the system and still offering no solutions.
I really wanted the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 game but it didn't work out. I bought the Jotunslayer game instead. Actually, if you look at it, it would be better if you did the next case openings like this. Just give a date and a certain time range. This way, there won't be unnecessary traffic and people can check the site at certain intervals and reach their games.
