Why does it take Twitch an hour to log like 2 minutes? I'll be watching for an hour and the little alien button will show like ten minutes. Is there a fix for this?

No daily login streak, but I did get the banner for the new year.

Is anyone else getting a reduced rate of ARP with bonus ARP over the base 15 ARP earned thru Twitch?
Specifically the ARP rate is the same as it was before if you're watching a Hive streamer, but the rate is halved for ARP earned over 15.
Also, I have to switch streamers once I hit 15 because it will no longer count ARP earned after that even with the artifact equipped.
Anyone else noticing these things or is it just me?
