I'm not sure what you're trying to go after, but yes, though not in a professionally supported way. I'm guessing when you say big picture, you mean through steam link, and you can get to displaying your desktop in which you can watch plex. But the easiest and cheapest solution to adding plex to a TV is a $30 Chromecast.
