PlayStation 5: First paid PS5 upgrade is coming. PS4 players who upgrade to the PS5 could face additional costs in the future. As an example: If already buyed the PS4 version of the racing game Wreckfest, and wanna upgrade it to your PS5 you have to pay 9.99 euros again. OK what? I already own the PS4 version and can move it to the PS5 Version, nice. But i have to pay for it? Not nice and Why? Yes, you have to pay 9.99 euros for the upgrade. But for this paymend you got extras like: Wreckfest should run on the PS 5 in 4k resolution and at 60 frames per second. In addition, the developers promise further optical improvements. Fancier lighting effects, visual effects of the tire tracks and the integration of the PS5 controller functions are on the list. The latter in particular should be interesting for the feeling of the racing game. The PS5's DualSense offers adaptive triggers and special vibration functions. So the speeders could get even more control and feel for the racing cars. The PS 5 version of Wreckfest has Up to 24 players in the multiplayer game.(The PS 4 version had only 16 players at the same time.) "Btw Wreckfest will be released on June 1, 2021. and the stand-alone PS 5 variant will costs 39.99 euros." What els can we say about the Pay to Upgrade. Are there more paid PS5 upgrades coming? Im pretty sure about it. The paid update for Wreckfest could be an milestone for the PS5 gamers. I think the other developers will see the opurtunity to earn money on paid upgrades for the PS5 too.
