Darkest Dungeon Will Be Getting Multiplayer

While initially thought of as an April Fools' Day joke due to being announced on April 1st, Red Hook Games have announced yesterday that a new paid DLC, The Butcher's Circus, will be coming to Steam in May. The DLC will add a new hamlet location where players will be able compete in an arena setting against AI or other players. The battles will consist of two teams made of of heroes created specifically for the arena mode. Based on provided description, the DLC will also feature new set of gear and accessories, as well as ranked system.
