Second addition to CoD Modern Warfare is getting its remastered version and therefore it is only natural that the companies are taking next steps.
Modern Warfare 2 arrived in 2009 and is a popular episode of the series. This is a direct sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, which has started a new era. The first Modern Warfare received a remaster in 2017. Originally, the remake was part of the bundle with the more expensive Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare edition, and later it could be purchased separately.
