[Solved] Dell Rewards

I am missing all of my 'Loyalty Rewards' for ARP Levels. The $10 Reward I selected on May 5th. I wrote to support on June 11th, and they said they contacted Dell. The 20, 30, 40, and 50 dollar rewards I selected on June 12th. None of these rewards have appeared in my Dell account. The only reward I have gotten is a $25 reward from a 'Daily Quest' in May. It is going to expire in a few days and I wanted to use all of the rewards together. I would appreciate anything you can do to help me.

I've already sent 2 emails to contact@alienwarearena.com. The first was over a month ago. Nothing changed.

My THIRD attempt to post - STUPID redesign

1. e-mailing or contacting Alienware Arena won't do anything for you. Address at contact@ doesn't reply.
2. What you need to do is to contact Dell Rewards Customer Service, phone 1-800-624-9897.
3. These guys will create support case and send you opening e-mail.
4. They will request that you reply with  screenshots of your Alienware account with rewards selected.
5. After a week or so you will get a call or e-mail from the case person telling you that all is  resolved.
6. After more short while you will get an e-mail about Dell Rewards balance change.

and finally

NO, they won't prolong your expired Dell Rewards. I tried. Use or lose.
 


Today, I finally received all the rewards. They hit all at once. Thank you Finfy.


i can't believe they still haven't sped up paying these rewards out after using this slow system for such a long time.
