Download some Alienware updates last night and went to bed

woke up, and my temperatures are all under 50* but my cpu fan is running at 100% and even if I put it on manual it wont let me alter the settings or lower the speed.

What the actual fuck?! You fucking guys broke my computer with your shitty updates and now I having to deal with some fucking forums to figure this shit out. NEVER buying an Alienware again, EVER

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing the Alienware Command Center for Desktops (the classic [winforms] app, not the universal app)? I had a problem with my machine when it was new getting it to talk to the fans/temperature sensors and that took care of my problem...

Its strange that so many people think that Dell Alienware support is on this forum. It isn't... This is just an extra for gamers that buy Alienware PC's is all.

All thats on this forum here is some quick unofficial help from other members who have bought an Alienware like yourself.

You should have a phone number for Dell support, I got one with my PC, varies according to which country you are in ofc, but Jesus don't start thinking that official support is on this forum only lol... :p

The various countries support numbers are listed here- https://www.dell.com/support/contents/uk/en/ukdhs1/article/contact-information/international-support-services/international-contact-center
