Metro Exodus: Aurora Limited Edition and Gold Digital Edition available for pre-order
Metro Exodus is available to pre-order in both digital and physical formats.
Two special editions of Metro Exodus will be made available for digital or physical purchase along with the standard releases.
Those who prefer to hold something solid in their hands can pre-order the Metro Exodus: Aurora Limited Edition
It contains a copy of the game encased in a Steelbook, a 32-page Art Book, and the Metro Exodus Expansion Pass. All of the contents come inside a metal outer case inspired by The Aurora, which is the steam locomotive Artyom and his companions use to travel in-game.
The Aurora Limited Edition (£79.99) will be available in a “limited supply” at select retailers worldwide.
A Digital Gold Edition will be available for PC ($84.99 on Steam), PS4, and Xbox One and includes the Metro Exodus Expansion Pass.
Those who pre-order any edition of the game, this includes the standard release, will earn the following bonuses:
- Xbox One pre-orders physical or digital: A copy of Metro 2033 Redux remastered for Xbox One.
- PlayStation 4 pre-orders physical or digital: A Dynamic Theme based on the Metro Exodus ‘Winter’ artwork.
- PC pre-orders physical and Steam: A digital art book and the Metro Exodus OST.
Contents of the Expansion Pass have yet to be determined, and development of additional single-player content will start once the game hits Gold status. 4A Games intends to support the title with updates and free DLC in the future.
The Aurora Limited Edition is available to pre-order in the UK, but that doesn’t seem to be the case in the US just yet. At least through GameStop and Amazon, as of press time. We suggest you keep checking with your local or favorite online retailer.
