Cyberpunk 2077: Technology Will Enable You To Get Power

  • 1486

Mike Pondsmith is one of the few people that has seen much more of Cyberpunk 2077 as compared to other people. He helped CDPR with the game and he has seen things that others have not. It's rather unique what he says regarding the game.

"I got to wander through a lot more than was shown at E3. The sequences where you’re going down to the Ripperdoc and all that. There’s entire neighborhood areas in there where you can walk around and you can listen to people’s gossip. Because it’s in first-person, what I love is you get that stuff peripherally. You could be crossing to go down the street to get something and hear somebody say something [behind you], and you have to turn and figure out who said it in a crowd and where. You don’t have complete situational awareness, which makes it a far more powerful experience."

10 writers are working on the game to add volume to the plot. When a bunch of people is applying their imagination to write we can certainly expect the narrative to be a combination of innovative concepts.

Development on Cyberpunk 2077 is going pretty well but from what we have seen so far, it seems that we won’t be able to play the game any time soon. The fans are willing to give CDPR more time, as long as they get a decent game in the end.

Yeah, and they have mike pondsmith and other talented writers at cdprojekt, so it will probably be a masterpiece. Can't wait to see and hear more about it next year, and play it in 2020 maybe
