For me it was Fallout 3, I loved the Anchorage DLC, along with Mothership Zeta. And the Broken Steel one really got me, being able to take down a giant Enclave Spider Thingy, and actually riding a Vertibird really touched my heart.

Mass Effects 3 Citadel DLC was amazing as well as the Trespasser DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

A favorite of mine is also Episode Ignis from Final Fantasy XV which just left me in emotional broken shambles just like Trespasser did.

I really liked the Honest Hearts DLC for Fallout New Vegas. The best DLC I think though are the Dishonored DLC, Brigmore Witches and Knife of Dunwall.

Bethesda's DLC's had some good content despite some reviews. Fallout 3 DLC's were indeed pretty solid for me, that includes Obsidian's New Vegas DLC's which were pretty great.

The whole Shivering Isle on Oblivion however was actually a solid ass DLC and its still one of the very few DLC's i remember to this day, alongside the General Knoxx DLC on Borderlands, and many of the great DLC's that borderlands has.

They are technically expansions, but XCOM's Enemy Within, XCOM 2's War of The Chosen and Witcher 3's Blood & Wine are probably my favorite pieces of content added extra alongside the game.

Don't Starve stands out for me.  The DLC's added so much and were reasonably priced.

X-Com: Enemy Within. An amazing expansion to an already brilliant tactical game.

Mass Effect 3's Citadel DLC was just awesome.

I agree with the Borderlands DLCs, the best DLC that I remember from the franchise was probably from BL2. And that DLC was the one where you went into Claptrap's Sub-conscious (I forgot it's name)

borderlands had some good dlc's, now old school doom had some great mods, dlc's are nice but when people work hard and make there own mods that are better than dlc's

The Borderlands franchise. The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned had the perfect atmosphere. It was Insanely fun blowing up zombies' heads with masher revolvers. BL2 had lots of memorable DLCs, like Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep and Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty, etc. And BL:TPS, even though it kinda sucked for having only 1 story DLC, it was perfect. Claptastic Voyage is so good in so many aspects. Oh, and Dark Souls. Artorias of the Abyss DLC is a masterpiece

Goat Simulator's MMO DLC is both surprisingly playable and free.

Gothic 2: The Night of the Raven

The atmosphere of the new areas was on point. Also you can join a f-ing pirate crew and go raptor hunting with them!
The sword you got at the end of the Add-On story was a bit OP, but you were probably given the option to throw it into the ocean for a reason :P
