Alienware alpha won't power on

I was playing GTA V (mods installed, could be the problem?) and had to flip the pc over to access the USB port underneath. I kept it on and the kept playing. Keep in mind that I had been playing GTA for about an hour. Then my PC crashed and it went to a black screen, the speakers were making a high pitched noise and the screen came back in pieces. Then it powered off completely and I haven't been able to turn it back on. I tried a power drain. That didn't work so I just left it off for about an hour and it didn't turn on again. I don't know what to do now.

Here is my suggestion:

1) Open the inside to ensure that no components were moved/damaged

2) Turn it on while open to see if there is any lights coming on the inside

3) If not, remove everything plugged into the device and let it sit for ~15 minutes (external components....nothing inside the computer)

4) See if you can get an error code or anything to happen to the computer.

Please respond with results.

I did what you said and still nothing happened.

Unfortunately, you may have damaged your computer while flipping it over to put the USB in. I would contact Dell to see what your options are in regards to a replacement or if they can offer other advice/assistance.

Ok, thanks so much. I appreciate your advice.

It's possible that ram or cpu came loose but I bet your motherboard or hard drive fried. Both of those will make a horrendous loud BEEEEP. Hard drive can be more of a squeal like bad brakes on a car.
