Electronic Arts has some great holiday offers on Origin

It is no exaggeration to say that Electronic Arts in the eyes of gamers had a very bad year. From Mass Effect Andromeda controversy through the closure of the Visceral Games to affair with Star Wars Battlefront II, EA has become a sacrificial goat and the main joke of gaming industry of video games. The big publishing house will still be dealing with the consequences of its business moves for some time, but by the end of 2017 they decided to win players on PC with attractive discounts.

On Origin has thus started holiday discounts that include numerous games, even those that are only a month old. With regard to fiasco of Battlefront 2 and NFS Payback, it is no surprise that these games are already sold in half the price - for 30 euros. However, if that's too much for you, there are games that you really need to allocate asked money, especially if you are not subscribed to Origin Access.

For example, the excellent Titanfall 2 costs 15 euros, you can get Dragon Age: Inquisition in GOTY edition for 12 euros and all three Crysis games in the package will only cost you 10 euros. Mirror's Edge Catalyst - a game old year and a half - now costs five euros, which is quite a decent price for what this game offers.

I doubt that this will brighten their image. They will be helped only by the time when everyone will forget about their failure with the lootbox. But even then, they will be remembered if they add up somewhere else. But if they once again fuck up, they will be reminded of this again and again.

EA is blacklisted for me, whatever they do, it will be hard for them get a good image back!

I think it's a better deal to grab origin access rather than games.

No thanks.  I checked their discounts and the games are still expensive as hell.
