Well... Lets say a friend got a virus from a xxx site and he wants to get rid of It (not me, a friend)

In general, anti-virus programs on mobile aren't a huge help, but there are a few you can try. I personally use Bitdefender which has a whole suite of security tools, but is paid after the trial is up, and TrustGo is similar, but free.

In the future, if your friend is going to continue browsing xxx on mobile, just be wary of clicking external links, ads, and use tools like AdGuard and some VPN's offer tools to block malware on sites as well. Similarly, don't download any xxx apps, there's no telling what's in the code and permissions can be an issue as well.
