What Antivirus (If any) Do You Use?

Hey all, Just thought I'd start this "poll" type thread.

Personally I use ESET Nod32 on my Windows Machines. I just feel that it provides the best protection with the lightest footprint.

I also use Linux, but have never installed a Linux AV. Does anyone have any experience with that?

I use Avast for my windows computer, For the most part, Linux doesn't need an antivirus it is pretty secure as is.

I might be tempted to go with a lifetime lisence when my ESET expires.

Once in a year I look for the antivirus programs that use minimum hardware resources. Then I decide if I should switch or not. I hate software that steals too much resources:-)

I couldn't find VIPRE at all when I hit my task manager. When I opened VIPRE from my hidden icons it popped up in my task manage with 8,652 kb. Basically, it takes no system resources until it's needed. The app running in the background is so small that the task manager doesn't even register it until the program has to do any work. I then shut VIPRE al the way down and opened it back up again. I didn't see any difference on how much RAM it was using. Definately worth checking out.
