[TF2] Hugs.tf "Heartfelt Hug" charity medal distributed
I wrote an article about hugs.tf about 2 weeks ago, hoping to raise some awareness about the charitable event and to get as much people as possible into donating to the cause. A quick recap on what hugs.tf is: a 26-hour-long stream of TF2 and other games, in the UK, all for the UK charity Special Effect. Special Effect helps kids with disabilities enjoy life again through gaming.
Hugs.tf is now over, but they did a lot. The event managed to collect £18,111.06. That's €21,353 or $23,339.33 for Special Effect!
Those who donated at least £10 (or $13) get the Heartfelt Hug medal for Team Fortress 2. These are being distributed as of yesterday. If didn't get one already, don't panic; it's not an easy job, and many people still need them, so you may have to wait a little. Also, launch TF2 to check if you haven't received one already.

Didn't have enough time/money/... to donate? Don't feel sad, the next charitable event - probably with medals again - is Tip of the Hats for this summer.
