PayDay VR and Mobile PvP Games Announced

Overkill Software has announced PayDay VR, a VR version of the cooperative heist game PayDay 2.

PayDay VR features all of the original’s content entirely in VR. The game will also feature co-op with non-VR users, making sure you don’t have to leave your friends behind.

Overkill also announced PayDay Crime War, a 4v4 PvP shooter for mobile devices.

PayDay VR releases exclusively on PC later this summer to all PayDay 2 owners. Payday Crime War will come to iOS and Android later this year.

Hmm. I'm not sure how I feel about all of the VR development lately. I know VR may eventually be the future, but I don't personally feel like it's ready for prime time yet. At least this lets VR and Non-VR players play together. Thank you for the info.

When VR is a popular peripheral everyone has it will be fine, but yeah... We're not there yet. It seems more and more VR content is coming. Which is both a good and bad thing.
