Fasten your seat belts, DiRT 4 is coming

  • 75

We always expect that Codemasters intend to continue their numbered sequence of DiRT series, but since the last game we got a bit unexpected DiRT Showdown and much better Dirt Rally. However, the next in line is finally DiRT 4 and it seems to be ready to innovate just like previous sequels successfully did.

The first trailer has style, but does not reveal a lot of information, so for related news about the game we turn to the official Twitter profile. Game comes out 6.6. and developers point out a few things you need to know about the new DiRT. They are proud that on the project helped real rally drivers to set the feeling of driving on different surfaces and with various types of vehicles, and we will in game study our craft in American school for the rally.

The most important  however it seems Your Stage function with which we`re be able to create our own tracks and forever create fresh challenges. That isn`t anything new, but we are not sure whether this might imply that maybe the game will have an open world. What we do know for sure is that DiRT 4 will have fifty cars and five locations in Australia, Spain, America, Sweden and Wales.

Star Lord

They are nicely theatrical, if these short clips are ingame gameplay; except for this last shot that clearly visible is.

one planet at a time

As long as it's not another DiRT Showdown i'm happy. I have been playing Dirt 3 a lot and it's a great game, so i'm sure the next one is going to be to :)

Unicorn Powered

It's kinda like DiRT rally was a demo!

Anyway, I seen this on Facebook so I wrote on their page asking if the game will contain the modes like outbreak/ cat'N'mouse, infected etc because they are the most popular modes still played today and I got a lot of likes and no answer but only that in time they will tell us... so I am waiting for that because it's off no interest to me if those modes are not in the game.

Titled

Looks nice enough but I would wait for some actual gameplay before I decide on a purchase.
