Do the achievements ever give ARP/DRP or artifacts? Is there any point in trying to unlock them?

Achievements don't appear to reward anything. Some achievements don't even seem to track, like "Equip an artifact" didn't track when I just did it.

Yeah, they're mostly just cosmetic. And there are a lot of broken ones. I'm not sure what the point is if they aren't going to at least make sure they work properly.
